summit at 2.740m altitude, is located on the north side of Mount Olympus, west of the Profitis Ilias
summit and north of Stefani
summit. It is a rocky, northern extension of Toumba
summit, from which comes the second half of its name.
The word Toumba
comes from the Latin word tumba
(= hill), a loan from the Greek word tumulus (= hillocks artificial hill above a tomb).
