Adventure Film Festival is the only greek film festival dedicated to sports & adventure activities. The human dreams along with the constant need to explore are the pure motives. The festival includes films, which are all premieres in our country, photography exhibitions by distinguished Greek photographers as well as speeches / presentations by modern legends of mountain and sea sports that repeatedly touched their physical and spiritual limits.

The mapping and publishing company Anavasi was created in 1997 by people with deep knowledge of the Greek countryside. Our goal was and remains to offer the traveler, the hiker and the researcher the best material in terms of quality and reliability for Greece.
Our cartographic production numbers more than 100 titles in a variety of scales (from country scale maps, to maps of very small areas). Our expertise (due to long involvement with mountaineering) was and remains the hiking maps that already cover most of the mountainous areas and many islands.
Our maps are cherished by hikers and "hip" travelers for the richness and accuracy of their data, but also for a variety of information provided in the form of comments or text for paths or sightseeing areas on the back side of the map. We also run a specialized travel bookstore "ANAVASI - MAPS" in the center of Athens, at the corner of Voulis and Apollonos, near Syntagma square, which is also the central point of distribution of our maps and books.
In recent years our publishing production has opened wings in a new field: the albums in the series "as the seagull flies"with aerial photographs that give a comprehensive geographical-visual recording of each area they deal with.

Its initial goal was to comprise a website that could provide all the available information for someone to climb Mount Olympus both during the summer and winter seasons. But mountaineering is a multidisciplinary act and Olympus Climbing had first to adjust to this, so since 2012 through a substantial upgrading the website “opened” more to a wide range of activities including hiking, trail running, rock climbing, alpinism and ski touring through the realization of numerous projects (May the Gods Ski with You, Mountain Biking on the Mountain of Gods, Dynafit Dealer Ski Camps etc.). But life demands a broad and round vision, as manifested by the core philosophy of Mount Olympus Summits 360o, so Olympus Climbing is about to enter a new phase of internationalization through a slightly different regime and without neglecting the magic of mountaineering, to “open” even more to scientific, educational and artistic horizons, having Mount Olympus as the ideal and fertile ground for such a unique convolution.

The objective of EKBY is to promote the sustainable management of renewable natural resources in Greece and other areas of the Mediterranean basin and Europe.
EKBY generates knowledge, provides information, raises public awareness of the need for wise use of resources; it promotes environmental education and training, submits thoroughly documented proposals. It participates in European organisations and networks and in supranational initiatives for the conservation of nature. It supports policies, which are consistent with the principle of sustainability. It maintains updated archives of information on the natural environment and protected areas of Greece.
Its priorities include: assessment of changes to ecosystems – including the alterations resulting from non-sustainable human activity, and global climate change – and documentation of policies and measures to avert degradation of ecosystems; halting the loss of biodiversity; restoration/rehabilitation of degraded ecosystems; ensuring adequate quantity and suitable quality of fresh water for human use and ecosystems requirements; wide-ranging transfer of knowledge of functions and values of natural ecosystems, as well as the sustainable practices which must be introduced.
